Has anyone seen this email request to complete this questionnaire come directly from ? I ask because I am the moderator and list owner of several lists and I've never received anything from them. I am not saying it is bogus...but at minimum it is curious.

Me, too. And I have not recieved anything either. It has me wondering. And if you look a the URL it starts with http://sweepstakes. - why would a survey be under sweepstakes? I'm not saying it's bogus, either, but I am having the same hesitation. - At the end of the "survey" it asks for your personal information - why wouldn't they just have you log in and take the survey when they already have your information? Sorry, folks - jsut wondering out loud, too.
