Guest guest Posted September 6, 2004 Report Share Posted September 6, 2004 Hi Hette, Raw (unpasteurized) apple cider vinegar is the best for making tinctures. As far as tips on making a calcium tincture this way, I'm sorry but I'm still learning myself. Hopefully others on the list can help you out with this. For calcium I have been using a tea made with high calcium herbs, and I also use Doc shillington's lemon egg recipe (you can find it in the files under Doc Ian Shillington) on occasion.
