vinegar calcium tincture/no herbalists on the list?

I never received a response to my question, are there any herbalists

on this list? Just curious, if not I apologise :)

Hi Hette,

Raw (unpasteurized) apple cider vinegar is the best for making tinctures. As far as tips on making a calcium tincture this way, I'm sorry but I'm still learning myself. Hopefully others on the list can help you out with this. For calcium I have been using a tea made with high calcium herbs, and I also use Doc shillington's lemon egg recipe (you can find it in the files under Doc Ian Shillington) on occasion.
