Jeni-Laura.... Have not been on the list lately so this may have been

answered for you but thought I would throw my two cents worth your way ! My

thoughts are that the eczema and the fungal infection are related only in

that your body is malnourished and needs a cleaning out .I think that your

body PH being out of whack , abundance of mucous at a cellular level , and

major organs clogged make " fertile ground " for fungas , candida overgrowth

, eczema , etc , etc. Are you thinking about doing the body cleanse

?....Mary O

Hi Mary O :)

I haven't been on the list in a little while either. :) Glad to see

you again! I think you're on to something with the malnourishment and

how it's related to fungus overgrowth. I would love to do the whole

body cleanse, still haven't yet gotten up the guts, dunno WHY that's

the case, it probably isn't so bad and I'm just chicken. I guess I'm

curious as to how other ppl have done it and still been able to go

about their daily lives or what had to change or what routines they

had to get used to while doing it. I'm in pre-med (for chiropractic)

school plus trying to start a massage therapy business right now, so I

need to have all the energy I can get and time is limited. Perhaps I

should start with something small, like the 3-day juice cleanse? (OR

would the natural sugars in the fruit aggravate the fungus condition?

I know that ppl with candida are told not to eat fruits and things

because of the sugar content, even tho the sugars are natural...)

Diet, in case it's of assistance to anyone: I haven't quite been

eating the 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies like I should be, but my

diet is as follows: I do make sure to get a very large serving of

veggies every day, by way of veggie stir-fry (organic veggies where

possible and ONLY stir-fried in extra virgin olive oil, and with only

organic chicken or organic tofu). Or I'll try to have steamed mixed

veggies (the peas, carrots, corn, and green beans frozen medley) with

my organic salmon, or red & green peppers, white & green onions, and

some organic cheese mixed in with my organic ground beef (the veggies

are kept raw and stirred in with the meat after the meat's done

cooking). That's dinner. Organic peanut butter sandwiches with raw

honey, freshly made peanut butter, butter from soy (non-GMO), and

sprouted grain bread. Breakfast is organic Kashi cereal with organic

skim milk. (Interesting note: I would eat my cereal with West Soy's

organic soy--the vanilla-flavored kind, which uses only natural

flavors and extracts and no refined sugars at all, and my eczema

patches would itch severely. I substituted organic milk instead and

the patches have been clearing nicely--until yesterday when I decided

to have the soy milk and my wrist itched again....Hmmm...any ideas

anyone?)

Oh well. Sorry I've written a book. :) Just wanted to give everyone as

much info as I could, in case it helps anyone help either myself or

anyone else. :) Can anyone advise me of my next step cleanse-wise? How

to make the big cleanse easier once I decide to take it on? Start

small for right now, or just plunge in? So many decisions.... ;)

Thanks everyone!!

Yes, you can do it Jen. I was really scared to do it as I had already lost a lot of weight, I have a small stature to begin with and my life is very, very busy right now. If I hadn't done it when I did, though, I think I would be quite a sick puppy right now. You are right, Mary week 3 is rough, but I still enjoyed that week the most, I think perhaps because that is when I had some really big wins.

With all the fruits and fruit juices I had during the cleanse, a bad case of candida totally disappeared. Oh, that potassium broth made with all the veggies was fantastic. The support from Doc, Val and Zeb was tremendous. Go for it, Jen.

I am going to do it again after the holidays.

Jen...Glad to be back on a little more. Yes the three day juice cleanse

would be a nice gradient for you. Then on the other hand , nothing is better

than the full body cleanse . It is week three ( 5 days actually )of the body

cleanse that is rough .

The sugar in the fruit juices will not aggravate the fungus. Far from it

actually .

There aren't any reliable non GMO sources of SOY , in my opinion , so I

would stay away from that.

I think you should plunge right in. We are all here for ya so it won't be

that bad. You can do it...MaryO
