[HAWK_Health_Awareness] liver detox - juice fast for ppl w/ indigestion?

Hi ST, Your friend should be able to do the juice fast. Does he suffer from

indigestion, etc, only after eating, or constantly? I would think that either

way, the juice fast would be great for him. Maybe people have suggestions on

what type of juice would be best in this situation. I don't really know.

 

In the juice cleanse info in the files, Doc Christopher does say that it can be

done with bottled juices. Obviously you're going to get the most benefit if you

use fresh squeezed juices, but if I needed a juice cleanse and could only do it

with bottled, I'd do it. There's still benefit. I've also done a juice cleanse

with citrus juices and just used a $10 electric citrus juicer. Works great!
