Guest guest Posted August 23, 2004 Report Share Posted August 23, 2004 I never used to have them but now I do, what can I take, I do not loke taking advil or midol but sometimes I give up and can't take it anymore. What herbs are good for this kind of pain...you know the aching all through the back kind of cramps.
