It works, but you have to give it a few months. I learned a tip from Rosemary Gladstar... when you are making Chai, you can substitute vitex berries for the peppercorns. I tried it and it tastes wonderful! For immediate relief I like to use a heating pad, do stretches, and some herbs that have helped me in the past are chamomile, basil, lady's mantle, peppermint, and catnip. All taken as teas (I've never mixed them together). For the long term, I've had great success using both red raspberry and nettle as tonics.
