Guest guest
Thanks but I am not concern about the reproducing part, as I said I'm gay they don't even let us marry let alone try to have kids I mean the tiredness getting old replacment of hormones. Sex is great don't get me wrong but I have always said it's not everything in my life. I still want to be able to cycle and bush walk when I'm 80. Thanks anyway Colin herbal remedies , " Ostrowski " <Odesign1@e...> wrote: > Colin...I really do not know about this but I don't see why a male couldn't > have some kind of similar thing go on due to declining or imbalanced hormone > levels . It has only been recognized in the last few years. Basically it is the reduction of the production of testosterone. This leads to various interesting things happening in the male body including, weight gain, mental slowness and fatigaue, lack of sex drive. Allopathic medicine may recogmize it but has very little to offer. I have heard that many doctors are no longer offering testosterone shots. There are few things that may help. Zinc increases testosterone. A new herb called Tongkat Ali may also increase testosterone. Some people may suggest DHEA, however it ,may do the opposite effect and elevate estrogen. Diindolymethane is the newest supplement that may actually raise free testosterone. DIM helps by releasing bond testosterone from the testosterone binding protein. This causes a rise in free testostereone and a decrease in estrogens. Hope this helps, James
