Hi guys,

another question here: rice is a grain, so I've been sprouting it before cooking. But I've never noticed any sprouts coming out of it, even if sprouting for a few days.

Can one sprout rice? Is that useful?

thanks

love

Lisa

You will not see sprouts, but it is still useful to soak and sprout.

Thanks Jasmina. Will the soaking/sprouting get rid of the enzyme inhibitors in rice? As that is the whole point of my sprouting them?

thanks
