Guest guest
Hi guys, another question here: rice is a grain, so I've been sprouting it before cooking. But I've never noticed any sprouts coming out of it, even if sprouting for a few days. Can one sprout rice? Is that useful? thanks love Lisa Outgoing mail is certified virus free.Checked by NAV anti-virus system (http://www.symantec.com)Version 9.05.15. Virus definitions updated daily/weekly. Guest guest
Thanks Jasmina. Will the soaking/sprouting get rid of the enzyme inhibitors in rice? As that is the whole point of my sprouting them? thanks Lisa - Jasmina Alisic herbal remedies Friday, August 20, 2004 4:38 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - sprouting rice?
