Guest guest Posted August 16, 2004 Report Share Posted August 16, 2004 I have used acidophous ( please forgive spelling ), and read about the cabbage juice but there were a few more that were listed today I had never heard of. Could someone please expand the explination of probiotics which are best and which are most palitable. I know yogurt is a great source, but I've been told to stay away from milk products because of the oxylic acid, and I have trouble seeing myself drinking that cabbage juice Thanks Eric Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
