Thanks Mary, that makes sense, I think I will decline on the eggs as well, especially since this is my first TBC.

Anyone else doing the TBC right now?

Phyllis...In Doc's body cleanse pack he says you can do the raw egg on the program.I don't think it has changed. I do know he skips the eggs for some people , namely ones with severe Gall Bladder/Liver problems.

So that is the data I have for you at this time.Personally , I choose to not do the eggs during week # 3 . That is my choice...Mary O

Herbal Remedies - Total Body Cleanse

Being as Doc is unreachable right now, I need an answer to a question on weeks 3 and 4 of the TBC. Is it okay to continue putting raw, organic eggs in the TN while on weeks 3 and 4? Also, anyone else on the TBC right now?

Hi:

I just finished week 3. I have wanted to do a liver cleanse for a long, long time but many things prevented it including fear. *G*

I am really feeling better. I read on one list that the liver is the seat of emotions according to ancient view. Believe me, I was going through emotions. It was quite interesting. However, I also have reasons outside of cleansing to go through emotions, so that might have been it. *G*

I feel far better. My body feels clean. I don't know how to say it any better than that. But I am quite in tune with my body (and have been told that by others who practice non-traditional medicine), and I feel healthier and better. I will definitely do this again as necessary. I went for the liver cleanse for other reasons than that (long term things), but I sure feel better. I feel 30 years younger (from middle age). And it was interesting that I went through all kinds of repeat pains from injuries I had. I felt many of the big injuries that I had in the past, and went through them over hours or one for about 1.5 days.

I am on to the kidney cleanse now starting today. I am really nervous about it because I had a kidney stone at one time (and I think others), and since my kidney has been kind of aching for quite a while, I am afraid I might have a stone attack. I think I will just take my kidney herbs (Chinese) that prevent it while I am doing the kidney cleanse for the first day or two.

Kay, It sounds like you have had many wins from the cleanse already. WOW, that is great. I know what you mean about going through all kinds of repeat pains from injuries you had, I have had the same thing happening. That's all a part of the healing process as it figures that if there was an injury in a certain area, the toxins and parasites can go there to have their heyday, but not anymore. LOL Here's wishing you more success on the rest of your cleanse. When you are finished, let us know how you are doing.
