Guest guest
From an herbal course I'm taking: Steroidal saponins are similar in structure to our body’s hormones. Herbs containing these are known as adaptogens, the most common and well known being ginseng. Others include liquorice, false unicorn root, squaw vine, black and blue cohosh, and wild yam.
