Guest guest
Hi All, I'm new to this group and to herbs in general. I'm diabetic and have fertility issues. I am currently taking glucophage, amaryl and seasonale. I read recently that oolong tea helps regulate blood sugar. What I have been unable to find is how much to drink daily and whether or not artificial sweetners (Splenda) change the effectiveness of the tea. Does anyone have any more information or experience with oolong tea? Thanx in advance.
Guest guest
I can't recommend a dosage. However, as far as a sweetner is concerned, I would switch to stevia or something else a little more natural. Depending on where you live in CT there are a number of good health food stores around that carry it. cheers jl Mon, 09 Aug 2004 22:02:29 -0000 " ct_herbal_girl " <mecutncurl New with a question Hi All, I'm new to this group and to herbs in general.
