I now understand what is going on. The predisone that you are taking

is what is causing most if not all of your problems. Prednisone

causes the capillary walls to become fragile and break. The spots

you are seeing is tiny ruptures of the capillaries in the skin.

There is no way to stop this from occuring as long as you are taking

prednisone. I have a couple of suggetions for you that may reduce

the breakage of the capillary walls.

1) Bioflavoniods (Rutin)

2) Grape Seed Extract

3) Bilberry

4) Horsechestnut

All of these help to maintain vascular integrity. Hope this helps,

James
