Guest guest
A friend of mine called me yesterday and told me she's been having a lot of problems with her adrenals. I thought I remembered someone on this list saying something about a tonic to support the adrenal glands? (or was I dreaming? lol) Anyone know what I'm talking about? ;-) Jan G. Guest guest
There are all kinds of things to support adrenals. I have been doing alot of research and am on another list regarding this. LOTS of info on the internet. You can email me off list if you want me to direct you to the sites. In the meantime, we can see if others, who have been on the list longer than I, may have suggestions for you. Karen in VA kclark
Guest guest
There are herbs called " adaptogens " (you can look up the term because I am sort of in a rush). Anyway, they support the adrenals (that is part of the definition of an adaptogen). Some adaptogens I can think of are ginseng, licorice, shizandra, gotu kola, reishi, astralagus, ashwaghanda. Also, I find nettle to be a wonderful, gentle adrenal tonic. herbal remedies , " Jan Gonzalez " <jgonz@w...> wrote: > A friend of mine called me yesterday and told me she's been having a lot of problems with her adrenals.
