I am new to the list but am already enjoying it! I need some advice. I have an 8 year old son who seems to pick up every sickness that goes around - he missed 20 days of school this year - dont laugh! ;o) I want to boost his immune system. Any suggestions on the basics? If you could suggest the FIVE most important things you would do to boost immune system, what would those 5 be? I am looking into kefir. I know I have to boost his Vit C. I want to find a GOOD multi (Any suggestions for KIDS? I am considering getting an adult vitamin and cutting it in half - i am NOT impressed with kids vits at all.....) Thanks for any help!
