It is HPUS, by Boiron, a company that says they are homeopathic.

I get it from Raley's (a supermarket), and I have also gotten it from Fred Meyers (another supermarket).

Kay, What is Ociliococcunum and where do you buy this?

Thanks, HeatherKay Fielding <berners wrote:

Frankly, if he was my son, I'd get the ociliococcunum that I mentioned in the flu post earlier this week or end of last week and give it to him at the beginning of the flu season and half way through. He will very not likely get the flu.

Good afternoon!

I am new to the list but am already enjoying it!

I need some advice. I have an 8 year old son who seems to pick up every sickness that goes around - he missed 20 days of school this year - dont laugh! ;o) I want to boost his immune system. Any suggestions on the basics? If you could suggest the FIVE most important things you would do to boost immune system, what would those 5 be?

I am looking into kefir. I know I have to boost his Vit C. I want to find a GOOD multi (Any suggestions for KIDS? I am considering getting an adult vitamin and cutting it in half - i am NOT impressed with kids vits at all.....)

Thanks for any help!
