Guest guest
Hi all, I have a friend who has a 8 year old boy who has ADHD, and is on ritilin and zoloft. Her concern is that her ex, when he has the boy, is putting the child on Valerian to get him to sleep all night. Shes looked up on a few sites, and most recommend not to give a child under 12 years old. Is there something that she can get the ex to use instead, that is safer, or is there really a problem to combine this with the above drugs for a boy that young?? Thanks for the info ahead of time. Guest guest
My sister has used valerian on her kids and it's has noticed no ill effects from it. Why do they say to not give it to kids?
