Guest guest
Quality of goat milk depends a lot on what breed of dairy goat you have. The best and richest goat milk is Nubian milk....Yummy. It also depends on the quality of the food that your goats are eating. Grass/Alfalfa hay and good quality grain (Dry Cob/Rolled Barley) with Black oil sunflower seeds. Please stay away from sprayed on molasses grains as they are suspect in causing diseases and molasses is not the good quality stuff that you or I would want to eat but merely there to keep the dust down and tempt the animals to eat 2nd rate grains. They should have pure clean water, be worm free, and milked in clean area with stainless steel or glass containers (No plastic). The milk should be chilled as soon as possible. Thanks, An-Marie
