Water is all I drink except for herbal teas. I remember in our other house we had just the softener and I could taste the salt and hated it. I didn't know about the benefits of distilled water at the time... Anyway, I don't want the salt in my drinking water. Plus that salt is no good for your body I am sure..... I was hoping someone could give me a good source for contacting about water issues. I just know that if I call someone local they are only going to sell me something I really don't need or want. Not sure if I'd TASTE the salt, but I don't and there sure is a lot of slimy goop at the bottom of the water tank when it's done distilling.
