Because after this "screening" becomes common place then they will start saying things like "home-schooling children do not have the safety net that this screening gives." This is what they will use to further outlaw home schooling. Think of it from their perspective. Once they can use this screening to force entry into those home-schooling homes under the guise of "mental health care" they will use any information they can get to force those kids
