Guest guest
Hello Doc, I was wondering if you could list some therapeutic dosages of herbs and also the maximum dose of these herbs you could give. I am having a hard time finding dosage charts for fresh, wildcrafted or homegrown herbs. All the info I can find is for herbs that you buy prepared. I would especially like to know about the dosage for fresh garlic to get its anti- bacterial and anti-fungal properties... How often to dose and for how many days at what level, and if and when we should take a break. Thank you in advance for any info.
Guest guest
Garlic never needs a brake until you feel you've accomplished what you've wanted. You will know. You can always do it in waves rather than in one big punch. Dosages... we're talking herbs. Garlic. None are necessary. Just try one clove and another each day until you feel you've found your bodies limit. Hold that limit and make sure you are either juicing or else eating raw vegetables. Anyway...
