Guest guest
I pasted the recipe below so it would be easier for people to answer my question. I would be using it for antifungal purposes. (Toenail fungus) I know black walnut and wormwood are chiefly anthelmintic (gets rid of worms). I want to use this for antifungal. Do I need both black walnut AND wormwood? I would like to substitute wormwood for pau d'arco because I think it is a stronger anti-fungal. Any thoughts? Would it be better to keep all the ingredients and ADD pau d'arco? 3 CUPS BLACK WALNUT HULLS (BREAK OR POUND WITH A HAMMER THEN SOAK OVERNIGHT IN YOUR MENSTRUM) 2 CUPS WORMWOOD 1 CUP SAGE 1 CUP GARLIC 1 CUP HYSSOP 1 CUP CLOVES
