but not just the castor oil

packs.

If you are talking about the cloth itself, it is usually unbleached wool flannel. You can probably get some in a fabric store. I have one I bought in a health food store. It is simply a large piece ( a yard or so) of natural wool flannel made by Home Health. You can generally use the cloth/pack over and over if you keep it wrapped in plastic. This is how I was taught to do it. You will make the pack yourself by soaking the flannel in warm castor oil. As far as I know, they don't come already made up.

The Glucosamine Sulfate was at the health food

store but I want to try and see if I can get it anywhere cheaper

online, but no luck yet.

Try iherb.com. Cheapest vitamins around, good quality and utlra-fast service. They have some Glucosamine Sulfate that retails for $36.95 for $10.00. The shipping is usually $6.00, but it's still inexpensive. I have ordered quality supplements from them many many times and have never been disappointed.

I went to see a Naturopathic Doctor for the first time yesterday. He

gave me a list of thing to get to try for my Endometriosis, Bladder

problems, and different pains. I am still looking for these two

things! Anyone used these, or at least know of any good websites I

can get them at cheap. The Glucosamine Sulfate was at the health food

store but I want to try and see if I can get it anywhere cheaper

online, but no luck yet. By the time you add shipping it ends up

being more! Then on the Castor oil packs I'm way confused! I can find

castor oil, and castor oil pack kits, but not just the castor oil

packs. So if anyone know anything about this please let me know! Also

has anyone used Remifemin by chance? Well any information or ideas

will be great, thanks!!!

for the castor oil packs, I'd recommend making sure that you purchase organic castor oil. The best way to do the packs is to warm the castor oil, soak a piece of flannel in it. Apply the flannel right over your bladder and uterine area, cover with a towel and then actually wrap yourself with saran wrap to keep the warmth in. You don't need to spend a fortune on a kit, just go to a health food store and get the organic oil and don't boil it, just warm it.

castor oil packs are terrific for this type of problem. As a side note, I can tell you that I've had cracks in the bottom of my feet for years, I get them a little better and then.......... anyway, just a week of castor oil rubbed on the bottom of my feet and they are almost healed
