Guest guest
My naturopathic doctor just told me I have lymphodema or clogged lymph nodes. They don't drain toxins very well, so I have been getting lymphatic drainage treatments. She also told me to get off dairy entirely, because dairy clogs up the lymph nodes. Can anyone suggest anything else I could do, maybe herb-wise, to improve my situation?

Guest guest
Hi Make sure you're drinking at least 1 gallon (that's 128 fl oz) of pure water, between the time your lymph drainage sessions finish and the time you go to bed at night. (It's not uncommon for lymph drainage sessions to make you thirsty anyway.) The water should be room temperature, if not warmer. (Personally, I'd drink a gallon a day EVERY day for as long as the lymphodema persists, and again, I'd make sure it's warmish.) Good luck in healing, --Jeni Laura, soon-to-be lymphatic drainage practitioner (!) herbal remedies , " pixiepie2003 " <pixiepie2003> wrote: > My naturopathic doctor just told me I have lymphodema or > clogged lymph nodes.
