I just hurt myself and right now it is about to make me cry...lol...but I am turning to you experts to find out exactly what to do... See...I have this section in my kitchen...where the garbage can fits in...well my cat kept getting into the garbage and knocking it over, so I put this piece of counter top that was in the garage over the space... Well tonight when I went to throw something into the garbage...I didn't place the wood correctly in front of the garbage can...and it fell forward...and it scraped me down the side of my leg...and really ripped the skin off at my ankle... My son of course ran to my bedroom to get me some Rescue Remedy...which is what I give him for pretty much everything...but mainly to calm him down...lol...but he doesn't need to know that...well I couldn't stand the thought of putting Rescue Remedy on it...that almost had me crying in itself...lol...but I did take some to calm myself down...which was great... Okay, so my son then went to the next thing he went outside and cut off a piece of aloe plant and I put some of that on the scrape...I thought I should maybe put some arnica on it...but I don't have any ready...would have to boil it and let it set for a few hours...same with comfrey...I tossed the comfrey/mullein mix I made a few days ago because it had been in my fridge for a while.... Is there anything I can do really quickly to at least ease the pain? Otherwise there is going to be little to no sleep for me tonight. It isn't really bleeding...but it is already bruised around the entire area...and pretty swollen. Were you able to get some arnica and comfrey on it?
