I am not sure but I think it has to do with opening the pores for one, and then secondly it causes quick evaporation of the skin. Kind of like if you are in Arizona heat (dry) versus TN heat (humid)…it can be the same temp but if its muggy it feels hotter because your body’s sweat is not being evaporated quickly, if the sweat evaporates it leaves you cooler. I hate to be crude, but there are alot of ugly kids out there and you have a cutie.
