Guest guest
Well, I have some bad news and goods for helping cramps. I have severe ovarian cysts which cause cramps every cycle. Sometimes they're so bad I don't want to move. However, my doctor recommended two things that will help them. I've tried both of them, and both work. Only one of them you're going to like though. The first one is doing situps (ug). Yes, while you have your cramps. Moving the muscles around that area will essentially massage the ovaries and the uterues. Also, when you're not having cramps, developing good abdominal tone will ease the pain when you do have cramps. Now, the good one. Having a good orgasm will really help as well. The spasms that will occur in that whole area will ease the pain and the endorphins that will flood your body will mask the pain.
