Guest guest
- Hi, it sounds so discouraging. I have a problem with raw veggies, especially most leafy greens -- stomach pain and everything stops moving. And, of carbs, that white rice can really do a number on me including a pant size or two of bloat. I like spelt, and brown rice or the other grains, cooked till they won't hold any more liquid. Many years ago (20) my midwife gotme to try dong quai for heavy bleeding. It worked marvelously well. There are other herbs that also work well. Dong quai is Chinese angelica root.
