Sensitivity and allergy to peppers and nuts

I have a question. I am terribly sensitive to hot stuff, such as habanero, and am allergic to nuts, including walnuts. How am I going to get that TT down? Or any of the other formulas that use black walnut hulls?

I don't know that the hulls would cause the same reaction as the nut, so cannot answer to that. But regarding the heat factor of the habs, my 6 year old is still acquiring a taste for hot stuff, can't handle it yet but is gamely giving it a chance. Anyway, I put his TT in a cup of water, and have a fresh cup handy as well, of just water. He drinks the TT water, and if the heat starts to get to him, sips the plain water.
