Guest guest
I just did a solid 20 minutes of jogging on my mini tramp. This was an increase from what I have been managing which is usually 10 to 15 minutes depending on when my asthma decides to trigger. This of course triggered a bigger asthma attack when I was done, which I usually breathe out on the 10 to 15 minute jogs. This one wasn't breathing out and I knew it as soon as I felt it, so I went to my kitchen cabinet and broke out my huff n puff (Lobelia and Mullein tincture) and took a shot. Immediately I felt my breathing ease. I then went and laid down on my left side to see if I could breathe the rest out...and after about 10 minutes of not being able to do so and still having choking coughs I went to my cabinet and did another shot of huff n puff. I am happy to say that I can now breathe freely. I will still breathe through the smaller attacks as this way I don't need to take anything to get rid of it...but when I feel a more severe attack...I'm going to go immediately and get my huff n puff. Yeah!! I will also have to keep a bottle of it in the car for emergency purposes as well. Caroline
