Bush plans to screen whole US population for mental illness

Hey Doc,

 

I am enjoying reading your posts on this. I myself am most angered by it

all/war that is but the one thing of it all since it's all taken place

regardless is the fact that the Americans are not protected in there own

country for the most part. This is all such a big subject that I don't have

the words to clearly state what I mean.

 

My question to you is:

We all seem to place the blame on Bush, a single man. But how much are the

other people, senators, Bush's advisors etc. responsible for all this mess.

Laws are passed ultimately by the House of Reps etc., I'm asking the

question because I am stupified by in what proportion these guys and gals

are to blame, know what I mean.

 

Do you have any help for clarification cuz that's a unknown for me.
