Guest guest
Raw milk would be a good choice, its composition is entirely different than homogenized milk. Or dark green vegetables are also a good source. Personally I'd choose these two options over popping calsium supplements.
Guest guest
raw milk? can you buy that in the stores? never heard of that one. also wondered if goats milk would be a good idea. heard that that was close to human milk........ i stopped drinking " normal " milk because i drank too much of it (1 gallon a day) and read horrible stories about it..... never had joint problems until now, which is about half a year milkless now.(milk withdrawlsymphtoms hee hee) wonder if just one glass per day would reverse the problem. i'm sure i will figure something out..... thanks, rik. love the information folks (O: > Raw milk would be a good choice, its composition is entirely > different than homogenized milk.
