Raw milk would be a good choice,its composition is entirely

different than homogenized milk. Or dark green vegetables are also

a good source. Personally I'd choose these two options over popping

calsium supplements.

raw milk? can you buy that in the stores? never heard of that one.

also wondered if goats milk would be a good idea. heard that that

was close to human milk........ i stopped drinking " normal " milk

because i drank too much of it (1 gallon a day) and read horrible

stories about it..... never had joint problems until now, which is

about half a year milkless now.(milk withdrawlsymphtoms hee hee)

wonder if just one glass per day would reverse the problem. i'm sure

i will figure something out..... thanks, rik. love the information
