I got up, drank a glass of water, took two droppers of Lobelia, and went for my first attempt at jogging. Now that was a joke. I'll blame the wind in my face because I didn't make it far at all. And my looooong driveway is uphill both ways, who knew! Brock and I ended up on a nice WALK. As I was coming back I already had gunk coming up out of my lungs. How pleasant. Oh well, it had to come up!!!! Hopefully each day gets better and I can breathe soon! Then in to the house for a hot and cold shower. I was a weenie and didn't just flip it back and forth between hot and cold like I did a couple months ago and damn near leaped through my shower doors. I slowly switched it over to cold and then quickly to hot and then sloooowly to cold. Better than nothing, right!!!! I'm so excited to get cleaned out. And I'm well rested becasue Shania wasn't barking last night! YEAH! Well, off to go mow some lawn while jr is sleeping. Soak up some sun! Yeah! When my husband and I did the cleanse the first time, not only did we talk about what was going on, there was a lot of "Hey, honey! Come look at this!" LOL! Especially after The Bomb!! LOL!!!
