Then start using a cayenne tincture from cayenne peppers and bot those two can help reduce ANY blood problem real quick. Remember that there are lots of ND's and Herbalists that already have formulas and can really help out quickly. If a Moderator bans a member and the member feels this is injust, then themember should get in direct communication (off list) with that moderator to try and work out the differences. If the Moderator still feels the member should be banned and the member still feels this is injust, then the member may appeal this decision to a Senior Moderator. If the Senior Moderator upholds the decision of the first Moderator, and the member is still banned, then the Member has a final recourse by petitioning me as the list owner directly. My decision on the matter will be final.2. No Member may be "Un-banned" by anyone without a note sent to me requestingthat the action be done. I must approve all "Un-bannings" before they are putinto effect.3. Whenever a Moderator puts a Member on "Mail Override" so that their postsare moderated before going to the list, it should be that moderator that removes said "Override". If a Senior Moderator or myself decides to removethe override status due to a petition sent, then we must inform the Moderator who assigned the condition that this action has been done.4. When a member has been put on "Override" by a Moderator, any Moderator may "approve" or "disapprove (reject)" or "Delete" the posts by that member, unlessthe Moderator who assigns the condition also places a "Watch Notice" on that member as well. A "Watch Notice" is a special notice sent out to all moderators in a private email by the assigning moderator that basically states the assigning moderator is taking on the special duty of personally monitoring that member by themselves. Where this situation of a "Watch Notice" is implemented by any moderator, no other moderator should cross this "order" and should leave the "approval, rejection, or deletion" of that member's messages up to the assigning modertor.5. When a member has been put on "Moderate" without a Watch Notice, no message should be approved by any moderator if these messages contain any "garbage" or "upsetting" or "bullshit" content. These kinds of messages should be "rejected" by any moderator handling the post with a note sent back to the member as to "why" it is being rejected. If too much crap is being posted by a member, and they are not correcting themselves after attempted handlings by the moderator, those members should be quietly banned. Who has the time to continually handle these kinds of antisocial communications??? I know I don't.6. No one may change any of the above conditions on any of my actions in thisarea. I must be petitioned directly by the Member or Moderator affected.7. All petitions for recourse, and all communications from member to moderatoror moderator to moderator, or to me directly having to do with these things should be delivered "OFF LIST".Love,Doc Read only the mail you want - Mail SpamGuard.Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
