Guest guest
Doc's instructions say 1/2 hour before bedtime drink a cup of water with epsom salts in it. At bedtime drink 1/2 cup of warm, unrefined, cold-pressed Organic Viorgin Olive Oil blended with 1/2 cup of Organic freshly squeezed lemon juice. Following this you should go immediately to bed. But it's actually 2 epsom salt drinks and THEN the lemon one? - Kelli Bever herbal remedies (AT) Groups (DOT) com Friday, June 18, 2004 2:27 PM RE: Herbal Remedies - Regarding the Liver/Gallbladder Bomb... Guest guest
Well, the instructions I have from Doc say what I said in my first mail - two epsom salt drinks, then the oil/lemon one. If you have newer information, follow that. He may have updated the procedure. Maybe he'll even comment on this... Maybe the epsoms salts isn’t really necessary if a person has done a colon and liver cleanse before. Or what about a healthy person? One who has been eating raw for sometime, is having regular bowel movements. Maybe the gallbladder flush wouldn’t have to be so caustic IE loose to bring out the stones? Just thinking here….not looking for shortcuts but wondering if some of these treatments could be modified for the healthy person. Like on a level of prevention as opposed to part of a healing. Guest guest
A while back Doc had mentioned doing a modified version of the bomb on his last cleanse, and it involved only 1 dose of the epsom salt drink, not two. When I did my second cleanse this past April, I was on the toilet almost non-stop before I took the second epsom salt drink! That was very different than the first cleanse last August! Things didn't start coming out until morning that time. I think you're right, Anna, that when someone has been healing and cleansing already, "The Bomb" can (should?) be done differently. I haven't called Doc and talked to him about this, but I plan on doing so before I do the cleanse again! LOL!
