Guest guest
Well, here it is, the 2nd week of the cleanse is almost through! Yay! We've all been following the program although I've had to " pep talk " the boys into keeping up with the hot and cold showers and daily exercise! I have been sick since Saturday night with what feels like the flu. (no appetite, dizzy, sore and achy all over, fever of 101+, and now my ear is sore) Is this just detoxing? Boy do I feel miserable and I hope it's over soon. I have been taking hot ginger baths twice daily (morning and evening) in replace of the hot and cold shower to get me sweating. I have to admit, since Sunday I have not exercised...just getting up and taking the cleanse stuff and going back to bed. Should I nix the additional ginger bath and keep on with the hot and cold showers? Also, should I muddle through exercise? Gee I hope this is over soon! :-/ Tinc Baby...aka: sick Stevie
Guest guest
Okay, for a " week " of cleansing...is each week 5 days or 7? I was thinking it was seven but noticed for the liver & bladder ones they say days 1 and 5 are light vegan meals and the 3 days in between are juice fasts. so are all the " weeks " five days? So it could all be done in 20 days!?! Candace - " S.G.B. Guest guest
Hi Stevie, Yes, you're detoxing! Definitely keep up the Total Tonic and Echinacea Plus. Very important! I also think that the hot and cold shower is critical - I would drop out one of the baths in favor of the showers. And yes, exercise is also crucial. Do what you can with this, even if it's just a walk for now. I think you should continue whatever you were doing when the detox started. You don't want to change anything now and turn off the detox. Just run through it and you'll come out shining!!! Kelli S.G.B. Guest guest
Your certainly welcome! You're doing great with your family, keeping them on the program. You're obviously doing well on it yourself if you've gotten your body into the position of detoxing and healing. Well done! Just keep going through it!! Best, Kelli S.G.B.
