Guest guest
Add to these concerns, the fear that I could clot again and if that happens I'll LOSE all the progress I've made already which happened to me once already 5 years ago and from which I"m still recovering, and I have all the more reason to wait to try such a feat until I have the real professional help I need. I dunno. It sure sounds like I'm talking myself out of the juice fast even, which is no doubt at least part of the reason I keep chickening out around dinner time, and eating a real meal. Still, trying to keep it as healthy as I can under the circumstances, and fruit instead of candy and other sweets. Guest guest
Hi Suzie, Funny you should mention the garlic. Last year I put some bulbs around my rosemary and tomatoes, not really expecting they would grow, but thinking at least they'd keep the bugs away, and this spring there was a strange almost reedlike or onion like plant growing. I suspected perhaps garlic but wasn't sure. Pulled it up and sure enough -- a single rather large clove of garlic... I was thinking about planting some... So it's good to know to put them in the ground in the fall... and wait... Guest guest
Cathie, Eating healthier is a good start... do you take cayenne... read up on it.. Everyone has to start somewhere and do what they can... Heathier eating habits, drinking more lemon water, etc.. is a good place to start..and will help. If you can buy veggies from farmers markets etc in the summer when they are cheaper, you can freeze or can them.. for better eating in the winter.. If you can buy in bulk at times this helps also.. For planting garlic you do it in the fall , if you have any flower gardens..plant some garlic cloves in with them... it will come up in the spring.
