Hey did anyone else notice that article about the sun says this: "And they classified farmers in their own occupational category, separate from other outdoor jobs, as they have been shown to have higher overall rates of certain types of cancer." Gee, I wonder if they'll make any connections?

Probably not since they will more than likely continue to convince themselves that it is sun related rather than pesticide induced. LOL! ;-) Does anybody else wonder why allow our government to be run by such ignorant butt-heads??? (sorry if that is a little over the top)

The only connection they'll make is that farmers are outside more. Forget all the pesticides and fertilizers they use!

Over the top? It doesn't even do their stupidity justice!

There was a story on the news here not too long ago with undercover video of MN lawmakers on the clock sitting in each others offices drinking booze. It's a common thing!

And we pay them how much? And they never get anything done why?

The connection happens to be the fact that farmers work with pesticides. Farmers get cancers, not just skin, 80% more than anyone else when using pesticides.

Ouch! Thanks DUPONT.

My grandma in law had cancer 4 times in her life before it finally killed her. Her husband was a farmer (who died of cancer) and then her son took care of her (he was a farmer).

The poor lady.
