This prune juice is fine for me...but it is SO much!! I am having trouble getting it all down because I feel like I am stuffed and couldn't possibly drink anymore! Geez...I never would have thought! lol

Also, is it okay if I still use my huff n puff and TT while on the fast? I just don't want to end up having an asthma attack...that would not be fun.

I had that "problem" while on the liver cleanse. I was always stuffed full, I couldn't even drink any extra water or juice besides what was in the teas and potassium broth, etc.

I had not room!

I find that by the end of the day, I weigh six more pounds than I do at the beginning of the day just to all the liquid I drink. I have my TN, veggie juice, tons of water, and I eat too and I feel so full around dinner, it is really unbelievable.

WOW 6 pounds!?! Hmmm I wonder how much more I weighed. I'll have to check that out once I start the cleanse. It'll be interesting to see how much fluid I hold. During the liver cleanse I peed every 15 seconds so I doubt it was much of anything. LOL

Now when I was in the hospital with a 106 temp and they were pumping me full of antibiotics I gained 10 pounds in a matter of HOURS.
