Ingredient AmountTomato 5 ozJalapeno 3 ozSerano 1 ozHabanero 1 ozRed Chili 1 ozRed Bell 2 ozGarlic 1 ozOnion 3 ozCeyanne Pepper 1 tspLemon Pepper 1 tspLemon Juice 5 tspVinegar 1 cup or moreTake up to three quarters of the veggie ingredientsand chop to whatever consistency you like, from bigand junky to finely chopped. Set in a large glassmixing bowl. Take the remaining veggies, the liquidingredients, and the powdered ingredients, and pureethem in a blender. Mix all together in the bowl, butbe careful about breathing the fumes!! Cover and letsit in the fridge for 24 hours. I like to strain offthe liquid through a fine-mesh strainer, and bottlethe liquid as well. We use it as an alternative toTobasco sauce.John Ybarra
