This cleanse takes less preparation and money. All the instructions are in the files under "Dr. Christopher". That will help clean the pills out of your system making it so that your physical craving are minimal or non-existant. The best time to do it is RIGHT NOW while you recognize the problem and before it gets any worse. To help with the pain, there is also a recipe in the files (this one under Dr. Schillington) for deep tissue repair oil. Use this to help heal the tendons. Friends. Fun.
