I recently had reconstructive tendon and ligament surgery and Ive been having to take Painpills. Hydrocodone to be exact. I am fairly certain Im addicted to these pills once again. Before, I was on them just for the buzz and had to go to detox to get over them. That was over 10 years ago but I think I am having a relapse. I can see all the signs. Shaking, trembling and cravings. If anyone knows of a way to helpme through this I would be forever in debt. I cant go through detox again. My insurance wont cover it anymore and I cant work. You could get a jump on this with a 3 day juice fast as well...but you really should do the total body cleanse. Dietary and lifestyle changes will be in order on some level.
