Guest guest
I actually think of myself as a deep breather, really. I listen to DH breathe and his are quick, and seem shallow. I breathe slow, and seemingly deep. I also don't smoke, but do have allergic asthma, which I am horribly negligent about. Everything I love I am supposedly allergic to, and I won't give them up (horses, dogs, cats, hay, dust, rabbits, on and on...). But, I haven't had an attack for as long as I can remember, and I refuse to use the inhaler unless I feel like I would die otherwise. I have worked on breathing exercises and using herbs to help instead. Has worked well so far. DH helped me do the Adson test, he didn't feel a decrease in pulse strength (he was an EMT, so he knows what he is doing). But, my arm immediately felt cold, and my hand got that going numb feeling. Really strange sensation. Kim S.
