Soaking feet for cramps was PMS

I love to soak my feet anyway, as a way to combat the cracked skin. I use super hot water with a big plop of olive oil and some lavender EO in it, soak til the water cools. Then I wrap them up in a soft towel and sit for a while like that while knitting or reading. Then I rub in the EPO, slip on some cotton socks, and often head to bed. Works really well, but the effects are temp. Usually by the end of the next day, they are all dry again. I will have to see if this has much effect on my cramps and what not, if I get them ~ I am late.....but it can't be the obvious, DH is fixed (and I don't mess around). Hmmmm........
