Guest guest
In Dr. Christopher's 3 day juice cleanse, it says to take a teaspoon of olive oil. It doesn't say whether the olive oil should be regular or extra virgin. Does it matter? I'm getting ready to start this, though I doubt I can force myself to drink 16 ounces of prune juice in the morning. LOL Angie
Guest guest
The olive oil should be extra virgin, cold pressed and organic (ideally). Have fun on the juice fast! Guest guest
This kind of olive oil has to be refrigerated, right? I put mine in a small neck glass bottle and can't get any to pour out when I need it! So I sit and poke at it until a chunk falls out. Guest guest
I'm not really sure about the details of this, but I think that if you use it quickly enough you should be able to leave a small amount out of the refrig and just refill it periodically when you have time to let the stuff from the fridge melt. Guest guest
We do the juice cleanse once a month. We use extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, organic of course. The prune juice is rough at first, but you get used to the taste and texture, and it is vital to the cleanse. Good for you for doing this!!! Any support or information I can give you, just let me know!!! Johnangelasill <angelasill wrote: In Dr. Christopher's 3 day juice cleanse, it says to take a teaspoon of olive oil.
