First week of cleanse done!

Hi all,

 

Well hubby, my son and I finished week one of the cleanse!!! I'm

pretty used to the program so I just do it...no problems (well,

except for holding the nose thingie with tinctures...) First day, I

received complaints from both husband and son that " these hot and

cold showers suck! " Then, my son informed me that the total nutrition

shake was horrible as he made a show of gagging it down. Two days

later...dear son comes down the stairs and ASKS for a total nutrition

shake...hubby and son say " gee, this ain't so bad! " We're all

exercising and sweating away...

 

With the intestinal cleanse #1...dinner conversation revolves around

well....poop. It's almost become an obsession and with all the

veggies and fruit we're eating we've decided to cancel any social

engagements until after the cleanse is over. <g>

 

I must say (I'm writing this as my family is asleep) that I am

feeling a deep sense of glee listening to all the hoots and hollers

in the morning, as they take their hot and cold showers...I just

stand there and giggle...am I mean? Do I need help? <grin>

 

It is SOOO much more fun to do this as a family! Onward to week 2!

Oh, that is so wonderful!! You guys are such a team! I'm sure your giggles are just the enthusiasm over the accomplishments and fun with your family, so no, you're not mean!

 

When my husband and I did the cleanse the first time (no way to get my daughter to do this, unfortunately) we talked about poop a LOT! It only gets worse (better?) during week #2! LOL!!
