Nope, they are not kidding...I said the SAME THING. i Haven't even touched decaf and i had one SMALL cup of decaf the other day at the store...but you really aren't supposed to have any dairy, sugar, caffeine, stimulants or any packaged products that are full of msg and so on...i HATE not having my coffee in the morning and maybe once every 1-2 times every 2 months or so I would go to starbucks and get either a frappachino or a cafe latte....NO MORE OF THOSE for awhile!!!

 

do you have indigestion? What are your signs and symptoms??

Smoking nor alcohol is not an issue, but the others.....<sheepish grin> how can they say that??!!

 

No, I understand, those things aren't the best for you anyhow, and I am trying to cut my intake on them anyway. But, man, the chocolate and coffee are hard to kick!
