Guest guest
It also says to drastically reduce or eliminate during this time: Sugar, alcohol, salt, coffee, tea, and CHOCOLATE (they have to be kidding) Also do not smoke.================================================================ Smoking nor alcohol is not an issue, but the others.....<sheepish grin> how can they say that??!! No, I understand, those things aren't the best for you anyhow, and I am trying to cut my intake on them anyway. But, man, the chocolate and coffee are hard to kick! Kim S. Guest guest
Yeah i know, pretty insane. But it was the same with migraines, i would crave chocolate so bad during my migraines and sadly chocolate would make the pain worse. I had really bad (horribly bad) Endometrosis and Endomyosis as well as fibroids before my hysterectomy and the docs said cut back on those items; i cut all chocoalte and caffiene completely for 2 years. It made a difference with regards to some of the cramping. When the main fibroid got bigger and i was in pain anyway, i gave up and went back to all. But of course that we way before i knew any of what i know now. Guest guest
Hi Kim, I know what you mean on that! Just think about the fact that every time you drink caffeine or have chocolate you are creating your own cramps. Might help to cut down on all that. The other thing that always reduced or eliminated my monthly cramping tremendously (prior to the body cleanse) was exercise throughout the month. I know.... another thing that can be hard to do! LOL!! :)Kelli Kimberly Smith [k_frog100] Wednesday, June 09, 2004 11:53 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - Say WHAT? was PMS But, man, the chocolate and coffee are hard to kick! Kim S.
