Horseradish would be right, I'd almost bet money on it (hesitant to say it, since I am always broke!). With as much as you have, maybe you should harvest some roots and take it to a farmer's market? We are going to give away free samples of our salsa. We are also going to trade salsa for fresh veggies with some of the growers.
