Hi Everyone...

I was wondering what the Cal Calm Tea was good for... In the recipe it only says it is good before bed. Is this a relaxing tea? Any other uses?

Any help is appreciated!

I am mixing the herbs today so I can make some but would like to know what all the uses are!!

God Bless,

Well, what I remember is that the herbs in the Cal Calm Tea are high in calcium, which in itself would be a good thing. I don't know the % content or anything like that, though. Then, there's the relaxing part of it.

Thanks Kelli

I am having some this evening before bed!
